After searching for a good, and most importantly, FREE, business card reader app for my iPhone, I think I’ve finally found one.  The app is called SamCard, and can be downloaded for free in the iTunes App Store.

SamCard is simple and easy to use.  Just snap a photo of the business card and it will recognize the information and load it directly to your phone.  It has  features including anti-shake photo shooting, auto-rotate card images, horizontal and vertical recognition.

If you’re looking for a way to simplify your real estate business by limiting the amount of paperwork that gets passed and faxed around, then you may want to check out Cartavi.

Cartavi is a web-based document management system, allows real estate agents, attorneys, inspectors, loan officers, title companies, and anyone else involved in a single real estate transaction to share documents with each other.  This is done by creating a “Transaction Room”, which is a virtual space where you can store, access, and share documents with other parties involved in the transaction.  You can even send your documents out for eSignature using your DocuSign credentials.
